Open Records Requests

All Open Records Requests should be directed to the Open Records Officer; Christina Baxter.  You may submit an open records request via email or in writing.  Forms are available upon request.  Should you have any questions please email or call the office directly.  

 

 

Beer and Wine

Madison County requires a Beer and Wine License in order to sell, manufacutre or distribute malt beverages.  The renewal period for existing License holders begins in September and are due by the 1st of November.  You can contact the County Clerks office for more information reguarding what documentation is required to obtain a Beer and Wine License in Madison County.  Please see the links below for ordenance information and the application for licensing.

Alcohol Beverage Licenses

New Centralized Alcohol Application Process through the Georgia Department of Revenue:

Effective January 12, 2022, Georgia Department of Revenue centralized the alcohol application process for initial alcohol license registrations and effective September 2022 for renewals.  With this new system, all local and state alcohol applications will uniformly be submitted through the Georgia Tax Center (GTC) at https://gtc.dor.ga.gov and click the Register a New Georgia Business hyperlink or log in to your existing business account.
