About Us:

MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS VOTED JUNE 1, 2009 TO NO LONGER REQUIRE OCCUPATIONAL TAX CERTIFICATE IN THE UNINCORPORATED PART OF MADISON COUNTY.

If you purchased an Occupation Tax Certificate and now wish to request a refund you will need to bring in or mail a written request along with the original Occupational Tax Certificate to:

Danielsville, GA. 30633

All requests must be signed, dated and made by September 30, 2009.

Businesses who wish to keep their OTC for “09” may do so and will be good till the end of the year.
