Industrial Development & Building Authority

The Madison County Industrial Development and Building Authority (ID&BA) was created for the purpose of promoting and expanding the public good and welfare, and the industry and trade within the territorial limits of Madison County, and to reduce unemployment (in Madison County) to the greatest extent possible. 

The Madison County Water Department operates under the Madison County Industrial Development and Building Authority. Please visit their site for additional information and assistance. 

* * * Effective August 1, 2022 all active meters will be charged a Monthly minimum of $25.00 per month.* * * 

The Madison County IDBA holds Monthly meetings. The residents of Madison County are invited to attend these meetings in person.
