Madison County Bid Information

The Madison County Board of Commissioners invites all vendors and contractors to apply for any and all opportunities for services. We will list each Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or Request for Qualification (RFQ) on this web page when the County is ready to receive bids from qualified vendors and/or contractors. The Bidding process is governed by the procedures approved by the Board of Commissioners.

Bid Packages:

Please read each bid package carefully to ensure all the requirements outlined in the packages are fulfilled when submitting a bid package. The BOC reserves the right to reject any or all bids for what is deemed as action that is in the best interest of the citizens of Madison County.
