Welcome to the Madison County Senior Center
Our program strives to reach the frail, elderly, isolated, handicapped; help the elderly that are fifty-five years and older maintain their dignity in their own homes; inform the Senior Citizens of Services and Resources available to them--such as Mental Health, County Health Department, Department of Family and Children Services, Food Stamps, SSI, Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, Community Care, Home Health Care, etc. We will provide Nutrition and Exercise Programs.

Services Provided by the Senior Center
Home delivered meals for the homebound ages 60 and older are provided every Monday through Friday. It takes approximately $120.00 per month to sponsor one person. An individual, a group of individuals or an organization can sponsor one or more elderly people in need. If you are interested in being a Meals on Wheels volunteer please call the Center at 706-795-6250 for more information on this excellent program and how you can help.
If you are in need of home delivered meals please contact the Area Agency on Aging at (706) 583-2546 to complete an over the phone assessment and be placed on our waiting list.
Senior Center Membership dues are $50 annually and open to anyone 55 and older. We offer a variety of activities and trips as well as a fitness center. Lunch is served daily for a $3 cost share donation.
