Welcome to the Public Safety Communications / 911 Call Center and Addressing Department of Madison County 

Our department is responsible for dispatching emergency services to our community as well as assigning your 911 address.  It is our goal to provide the best service possible to our citizens and to make sure that all emergency needs are met with the utmost respect and priority. 

The Madison County Board of Commissioners have teamed with Code Red to develop an emergency alert system that will quickly notify you when time is of the essence.  The Madison County 911 Center will instantly notify every system subscriber by whatever media you tell us you wish to be contacted, including; home, office, cell phone calls, text messaging, emails and social media.

You can choose which types of alerts you wish to receive and on which devises. By submitting the information requested on our Citizen Registration Page, we will add your phone and other devices to our notifications list.
